The United Nation’s will be conducting a special meeting on September 22nd concerning the tragic events in Japan and the following meltdowns at Fukushima. This special meeting is will likely be highly controversial in terms of how the UN and its internal structure which places the International Atomic Energy Agency at the top of the UN hierarchy.
