Nuclear Free California NetworkFollowing the Musicians United for Safe Energy's Concert, on August 8th 2011 over 60 individuals and groups from across California came together to form a new network calling for the closure of the state's nuclear 4 commercial reactors, and expanded use of renewable energy. The group has of yet to establish a formal online presence, but will be doing so soon. There will be another meeting of the network on September 27th in Southern California. For more information contact Gene Stone genston (AT) sbcglobal.net An online organizing project has been proposed by the Abalone Alliance Clearinghouse using twitter to start building up a searchable source of content using the twitter search format of a hashmark # followed by a term. If you are on Twitter search for #nukefreecal. Please start following us (AAClearinhouse) and adding stories content and messages to this hashmark community.
