In recent years, Latin American peoples have pushed back moving their nations toward more independent and authentic democracies. The Cold War has thawed in this hemisphere, but the presumptive Republican nominee for president of the United States, Senator John McCain, is openly campaigning to bring it back. Narco News Al Giordano brings you a in-depth report on what he calls the McCain Doctrine toward Latin America and how a strengthened current of the rival Democratic Party is finally after decades of capitulation fighting back.
