[progchat_action] The Empire and its lackeys put their foot in it again Date: Thu, 21 Feb 2008 23:48:11 -0600 (CST) The Empire and its lackeys put their foot in it again By Ubaldo Rosales P. (Translated from Spanish by Axis of Logic) http://axisoflogic.com/artman/publish/article_26095.shtml Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Socialism of the 21st Century Based on inaccurate information the consultants of Exxon-Mobil made a mistake in timing when launching a law suit against the Venezuelan National Oil Company, PDVSA (read Venezuela) backed by the government of the US. This attack had already been prepared in December 2007 and was used in February 2008 to offset the international news about the liberation of the next prisoners of war by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). The man behind the liberation is President Hugo Chavez Frmas and this does not suit George W. Bush and his team, who although on the way out, still insists on spitting into the wind. Now the fantasy-laden idea has occurred to them to include Venezuela and its President on the list of terrorists, drug traffickers, undesirables etc. As a result of such desperate actions, the Venezuelan people have rallied around many demonstrations in support of PDVSA up and down the country. This is a people with moral fortitude which speaks the truth and as a result all Venezuelan embassies and consulates based abroad have been instructed to tell the real story to the international community. In addition, we have increased our self-esteem, our pride in being Venezuelan, our solidarity with brother nations at the same time of the re-emergence of the national and international leadership of President Hugo Chavez, another vexation for Washington. It is for this last reason that we urge the Empire to continue lobbying the Nobel Foundation against the Nobel Peace Prize award to President Chavez! With a definite counter law suit about to be filed by PDVSA, Exxon-Mobil will be forced to pay every last cent. To begin with there is the small matter of all the oil they have extracted and fraudulently taken out of the country; all the environmental damage they have caused; all their contractual debts to the workers; all their unpaid municipal taxes which they still owe. What cannot be paid for is the moral damage they have caused to our country. With all the help these people are giving us we are certain that oil will reach US$150/barrel, so they had best fasten their seat belts. And they shouldn't even think about funny since President Chavez does what he says he will; I'm referring to his recent statement about stopping shipments of oil to the US, depending on the behavior of Exxon-Mobil and Washington. For all this idiotic behavior and many other things, we Venezuelan patriots, headed by President Hugo Chavez, send all the thanks in the world to George W. Bush and his local and international lackeys, for allowing the Bolivarian Revolution to continue its victorious journey into the New Socialism of the 21st Century Ubaldo Rosales P. forms part of those aspiring to join the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) ) Copyright 2008 by AxisofLogic.com This material is available for republication as long as reprints include verbatim copy of the article its entirety, respecting its integrity.
