Good news from the Nueva Vida campaign! [The Nicaragua Network has
received the following gratifying update about the campaign to save
the land of the Nueva Vida sewing cooperative and other projects
of the Jubilee House Community!  Please pass it on!]

Dear friends,

You have done such a magnificent job of sending emails that we JUST
received a phone call from the Office of the Attorney General of
Nicaragua, Hernan Estrada, asking us to please please tell our
wonderful network that they are paying attention and working on our
case, and would people please stop sending emails so other emails
can get through as well!  Well done!  So, would you please help us
pass the word to for the moment at least, to stop sending emails.

We have a blog site now, so if you can check it periodically, we'll
post a note there if we need emails cranked up again.

Mike and Becca and Cesar are, even as I type, being interviewed by
someone from El Nuevo Diario, one of the two leading newspapers in
the country.

Thank you, thank you!!  We don!'t have a solution yet, but this
response is a huge step in the right direction.

The Attorney General even wanted to know what kind of a fantastic
network we had, to have mobilized like this.  You are great!
