Dear friends of Cuba,
 
Tomorrow, October 24th, Bush will announce new measures against Cuba 
at 11:30 am, Washington time, and the US Secretary of Commerce Carlos 
Gutierrez will respond to questions on line 4 hours later, at 3:30 pm 
Eastern time.
 
Please ask a question to Mr. Gutierrez *right away* on the following
website: http://www.whitehouse.gov/ask/question.html  so we can raise 
our voices against the US government criminal policy towards Cuba.
