Correa, who is attending the acts for the 187th anniversary of Guayaquil's independence, stressed it is essential to replace several State secretaries to intensify the state action. In this connection, Correa asked the ministers to present their resignation letters to reshuffle the executive, after his movement Alianza Pais won the Constituent Assembly elections. Several ministers confirmed they have put their posts at the chief of State's disposal, for him to make the necessary changes in the cabinet.
