Alfredo Riera, president of the National Fund for Warranties to Small and Medium Industries, made a presentation on the topic in the opening ceremony of a forum called "Building ALBA." The meeting was opened by Venezuelan Ambassador to Peru Juan Armando Laguna, in the frame of an exhibition called Expovivienda y Construccion in Lima. He spoke to hundreds of small and medium sized businesses interested on the policy of the Venezuelan government to support these sectors, and said that the Venezuelan experience is in disposition to establish bilateral agreements. He said the Venezuelan collaboration is framed in the Latin American integration and that the development of the region will not be possible without collaboration. The event has the participation of enterprises such as Cazaro de Miranda, specialized in construction of social interest dwellings; Edil S. A. which produces non-permeable products; Sanchez Cia Industrial and others.
