The Venezuelan Embassy in Japan is carrying out a drive to increase public awareness about the scope of the proposal of changes proposed by President Hugo Chavez to facilitate the country's transition to socialism. At the Annual Congress of the Committee of Solidarity of Japan, Asia, Africa and Latin America, chief of the mission to Tokyo, Seiko Ishikawa, lectured on the initiative in several cities.
