At the inauguration of the Third Meeting of National Coordinators and Cooperation Supervisors, IberoAmerican General Secretary Enrique Iglesias said that meetings will seek to fine tune the documents to be signed by IberoAmerican leaders later this week, reported Granma newspaper. Iglesias said that the main document of this year's summit will be the Santiago Declaration, which will be signed by the presidents of the member countries on Saturday. The National Coordinators and Cooperation Supervisors will also discuss the Santiago Action Program, which will set up community cooperation accords related to social cohesion.
