The Cuban minister met with the president of the Brazilian National Bank to analyze the credits granted to Cuba to buy Brazilian products, the majority of which are food items. Nuez said Cuba's deadline to spend the remaining credit was put off to the first trimester of 2008 and set the expectations were surpassed at the meeting which he said will help expand bilateral relations, reported Prensa Latina.
