The activity is part of a political offensive planned by the legislature that comprises a positioning step that will last until halfway through October. Then they will pass to a consolidation step before the third discussion of the project in parliament, pointed out Deputy Rafael Delgado. Delgado said that the project envisages the creation of community and specialized boards, the latter including organizations of Venezuelan society while the first will have community councils, technical water boards, health and food committees and other structures. In addition, there will be a popular assembly in every municipality with representations of the boards and State meeting later. The results of the consultations will be submitted to the national parliament, which may include or modify aspects of the Constitutional bill.
