Nicaragua Publishes PL Weekly "Orbe"

Managua, Oct 31 (Prensa Latina) Orbe, an international weekly from
Prensa Latina News Agency, on Wednesday added to the number of
international editions with its publication in Nicaragua inserted in the
"ALBAlatinoamericana" newspaper.

The Nicaraguan version of Orbe -- with editions in Cuba, Mexico,
Venezuela , El Salvador and Bolivia -- has eight pages dedicated to
international policy, sports and other issues.

The supplement will be edited with the same monthly frequency of the
Cooperative Company of Agricultural Services Nicaraocoop RL, but as of
January 2008 it will be bimonthly.

Orbe is one of the 23 publications of Prensa Latina, an agency with 24
correspondent offices and one hundred collaborators in other nations.

ALBAlatinoamericana, consulted in the website
www.albalatinoamericana.org, fosters debates on political issues and
advocates for the defense of sovereignty and the world's cultural
heritage, particularly in Latin America.
