[I don't have any information on why Fernando was relocated.  Fernando 
mentioned nothing about a possible transfer in the letter I received 
from him a couple of weeks ago.  This means that Fernando will now have 
to establish himself--his place, his acceptance--with different 
prisoners. 

Anyone writing Fernando must put "Ruben Campa" on the envelope.
Inside the letter you can write Fernando--just cannot do it on the
envelope. -JM]

This week Fernando Gonzalez was transferred from FCI Oxford, Wisconsin 
to FCI Terre Haute in the state of Indiana.
