Dozens of communities from the North Atlantic Autonomous Region are still isolated, while helicopters from the Nicaraguan Air Force can't cope with supporting victims. So far, the country has officially confirmed 53 dead, 105 missing people, some 10,000 destroyed houses and over 50,000 victims, but the number of deceased and affected persons could surpass 100.
