National Magic Festival Returns to Eastern Cuba

Havana, Nov 20 (acn) Magicians from 11 Cuban provinces, plus guests 
from Venezuela and Spain, are taking part at the 13th Annual Magic 
Festival in eastern Last Tunas provinces until next Sunday.

The Festival known as "Anfora" (Anphora) counts on the participation of 
renowned Cuban companies in the arts of magic, which will perform in 
local museums, theaters, arts schools, and penitentiary centers in Las 
Tunas province, some 670 kilometers east of the capital Havana.

The festival's programming is largely dedicated to children, with a 
daily session that includes workshops and performances.

As customary, renowned Cuban magicians Jose Alvarez Ayra and Jose 
Reinerio Zaldivar (Piter) will be participating; the latter being guest 
of honor for his 60th career anniversary and for being the founder of 
Anfora.
