Ex commander Hector Febres will be in the dock of the oral court of Federal Five (TOF5) to face charges of kidnapping Carlos Lordkipanidse, Carlos Garcia, Josefa Prada de Olivieri and Alfredo Margari, who were kept at the underground ESMA torture center. Febres case is the first in the trials of ESMA repressors that Federal Judge Sergio Torres is hearing and Judge Daniel Rafecas will try those of the First Army Corps, all of which are estimated to take approximately two years.
