The event, to take place in Bobigny, municipality located in the north periphery of Paris, in Seine-Saint-Denis Department, will focus on the Declaration on the Rights of the Autonomous Peoples, adopted in United Nations General Assembly. This event takes place each October 12 with international character, as allegorical date to celebrate the arrival of Christopher Columbus to the new continent. Since 1980, the Committee of Solidarity with the Natives of the Americas (CSIA-Nitassinan) organizes a day of exchanges and encounters with native delegates of the three Americas. On this occasion, the celebration will be attended by the Bolivian Ambassador to France Luzmila Carpio, first Indian Quechuan named as diplomat.
