So far the only thing I have seen that could be a potential debunker
is this piece, snipped from the withdrawal letter:

?Lakotah, through its government, appointed the following representatives
to withdraw from all the treaties with the United States of America
based on the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties entered into
force in 1980 and the U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous
Peoples 2007?..?

Should the Lakota tribal council speak against this, be it a matter
of yanking support that was already previously given or not, Means
will have much explaining to do.

I have included two small PDF attachments.  One includes the
withdrawal letter and the other is a "declaration of continuing
independence."
