Fall in Colorado means numbing cold on the Pine Ridge Rez. It is again my job to bring this need to your thoughts. It is a good feeling to help in saving lives and thats what in fact I am asking you to do. With the holidays coming up and the season of giving right around the corner. Im asking you to help in supporting me supply propane, electric and firewood to the Elders of the following areas. Pine Ridge Reservation, Cheyenne River Reservation, Crow Creek Reservation, Lower Brule Reservation, Rosebud Reservation, Sisseton-Wahpeton Reservation, Yankton Reservation, Flandreau Santee Reservation The least amount the propane companies will take to each customer is 100.00. Depending on the size of the family and the weather this will last about a week. Although any donation is welcome, I wanted you to have a real time feel of what we are trying to do. If you cant justify 100.00 can you help with 50.00 or 25.00. We are expecting 160 new applications from just one small area of Pine Ridge Rez this fall. How many more will come for help. On top of our existing numbers we are feeling overwhelmed and need to ask for your help. Please pass this email on if you will, please consider the first nations people in your giving this holiday season. What better gift than a warm place to live. To survive and enjoy the Creators gifts. Thank you for your consideration. If you received this and wish to be removed from my email list, please reply with remove in the subject line. But I ask you to consider this a dire emergency, other wise I would not ask.
