COPA promotional video for Memphis meeting on YouTube, please take a look Date: Sun, 13 Apr 2008 12:50:02 -0500 (CDT) Friends, A letter follows from our brilliant COPA webmaster John Geeraghty in Ireland regarding a promotional ad he designed about our upcoming COPA regional meeting in Memphis (agenda and annual schedule attached). Please take a moment to look at this short item on YouTube, which also links from our website blog at www.politicalassassinations.com. If you haven't seen the website lately, please take a look. It is dynamic and expanding due to John's tireless efforts. Please send our website and this YouTube item to your lists of friends as well. The more times it is viewed, the higher it gets on the list of popular items, making it more visible to others on YouTube who do not know of COPA. John is setting up a place for us there, on Facebook and MySpace as well. We are working to get the technology in place to create a live stream video to the web from our Memphis events. COPA will be mentioned on many national news outlets by Lyndon Barsten, author of Truth at Last about James Earl Ray during interviews promoting his new book. Judge Joe Brown or I may be on an NPR show called Tell Me More on the morning of April 4th also, along with Rep. Louis Stokes, former Chairman of the House Select Committee on Assassinations, regarding release of the King records. All of this will bring more attention to our site. C-SPAN may also cover part of our events in Memphis, so cross your fingers for that. If you have not yet donated to COPA, please consider contributing to our work to make the four regional meetings planned this year happen. Donations can be made a the website via PayPal or by mail to COPA, PO Box 772, Washington, DC 20044. $50 or more will get a set of the COPA 2007 Dallas conference on DVDs. Thanks so much, and hope to see you this year at one of our events - John Judge Hello all, I made a promotional video (if somewhat late) for COPA's (the Coalition on Political Assassinations) upcoming conference on the assassination of Martin Luther King. Also, if you have a youtube account, be sure to subscribe to our videos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uv06AyVaRcY I would really appreciate it if you could send this link on to any mailing lists or blogs that you have. The video is relevant, not just to those that can physically make the event, but also because COPA hopes to stream the conference live via its website. I would ask you to check in between the 3rd and 6th of April to see if we were able to do it. It looks like the conference will be covered by CSPAN, so keep an eye out for that too. Full details of the conference can be found at our website www.politicalassassinations.com All the best, John Geraghty -- John Judge Coalition on Political Assassinations (COPA) PO Box 772 Washington, DC 20044 copa@starpower.net Check out our new website: www.politicalassassinations.com Annual meeting in Dallas November 22-25, 2007 Hotel Lawrence - 214-761-9090 - discount room reservations "COPA 2007" Speakers, films, books, resources, email for details Coming up: 2008 - Memphis (April 3-6), LA (June 6-8) and Dallas (November 21-23) regional meetings National organization of medical and ballistic experts, academics and authors, researchers and interested individuals investigating major political assassinations in America and abroad.
