Better think twice if you live in Stark County, Ohio.

Sheriff Timothy A. Swanson says his male officers "did everything
by the book" when they stripped a female crime victim naked and
left her shivering in a cold jail cell.

Apparently, they didn't like her "attitude" and they did it for her
own safety.
