[Project-Censored-L] Project Censored hosts its annual Top 25 Awards Ceremony

Journalists and news researchers from around the world will be
celebrated at Project Censoreds annual event honoring the best
stories of the year that were overlooked or underplayed by the
mainstream media.  This years ceremony will take place during an
awards luncheon at Noon on Saturday, October 27.

Honorees include radio-host Thom Hartmann, Jeremy Scahill (author
of the famed Blackwater.inc), Robert Parry of Consortium.com, and
the Bohemians Peter Byrne. Top 25 awardees include authors reporting
from as far away as Haiti, India, Afghanistan and Iraq.

The event features the presentation of the awards, the release of
the Censored 2008 yearbook, and a buffet-style luncheon catered by
Sonoma State students and staff.
