A message from Media Transparency
 
In 2007, Media Transparency's database of money doled out by conservative  
philanthropies reached $3.5 billion, and topped the 50,000 grant mark. We've  
also published more than 50 original articles illustrating how that money fuels  
the right-wing movement.

We did all of that, as well as publish  Cursor.org, on a bare-bones budget of 
$50,000 - about one-third of our previous  year's expenditure. To continue 
producing Media Transparency and Cursor, we  desperately need your support, as 
we can no longer make a go of it with this  level of funding.
