These things exists for one reason and one reason only, to prevent the citizens of this nation from preventing, stopping pr punishing the people in positions of power from abusing their power. As a matter of fact many of the new bpost 9/11b laws and executive orders were designed specifically to prevent the citizens of this nation from even finding out about abuses of power. Let's not fool ourselves, none of of us are safer in any way shape or form due to the legal post 9/11 posturing of the US government establishment. As a matter of fact we are in more danger than ever and that danger stems from threats posed by people who abuse power. As my fellow Americans snooze through the dismantling of our Constitution what is taking place is very simple...it is a systematic implementation of a totalitarian dictatorship. Unfortunately the only time many people won't stop ridiculing me for pointing this out until it is to late to do anything about it. Actually I wonder how we can fix this problem now, even if everyone took notice.
