Venezuelan Reporters Accuse RSF as CIA

Caracas, May 30 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan "Periodistas por la
Verdad" (a journalist organization for fair reporting) accused French
"Reporters without Borders" (RSF) and the Inter-American Press Society
(SIP) of acting against the legitimate Venezuelan government.

In a Caracas meeting, Periodistas por la Verdad leader Marcos Hernandez
criticized both RSF and SIP, supposedly unbiased international
organizations, for blatant interference in Venezuelan domestic policy,
and for insulting the Judicial Power and President Hugo Chavez.

Hernandez denounced that RSF emissaries who came to Venezuela are CIA
agents, sent to generate opinions that will be bought by the huge
international media.

He said those people were sent as part of a conspiracy plan, and
pointed out the recent publication of a list of journalists who
received money from several US government institutions.
