American Baby ad and Long Island Baby Fair Date: Tue, 29 May 2007 01:15:24 -0500 (CDT) Dear Intactivists, NOCIRC has run an ad titled "Today's parents are saying NO to circumcision" in American Baby magazine several times since February 2006. Each time the ad runs the number of visits to the NOCIRC web site and the number of phone calls increases. Many of the calls are from expectant parents asking for more information. NOCIRC plans to run the ad again in the July 2007 prenatal edition of American Baby magazine. A very generous donor has contributed to this project, but we need to raise $733 more for the July ad. Also NOCIRC of New York plans to exhibit at the American Baby Fair at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island in October. Laurie Evans reports the NOCIRC booths have been very well received at the Long Island Baby Fairs. Last year they distributed more than 1,000 packets of information.
