AOL Removes Block on WantToKnow.info! Thank You For Your Support!

Dear friends and supporters,

We did it! AOL removed the block on WantToKnow.info around noon
today (Tuesday, April 10th). Though AOL has yet to respond to my
own inquiries, a supporter forwarded an email from an AOL technician
stating: "This is resolved." We've checked and all emails appear
to be going through now. I put in a formal request for an explanation
for why the block was instituted in the first place, but have yet
to receive an answer. I will give what I hope to be a final report
on this at the end of the next news summary which will likely go
out in a couple days.

Thank you so much to all who took action to help out on this.
Hundreds of supporters forwarded our messages to friends, emailed
and called AOL to register complaints, posted information on their
websites, and/or contacted media and press representatives about
this unreasonable and unethical behavior on the part of AOL. In my
communication to them, I suggested that before they blacklist any
website like this, they should consider contacting the website to
see if the reasons for blacklisting are indeed valid.

Though I don't know for certain, I highly suspect it was this
pressure by all of you that led to a fairly rapid removal of the
block. Together, we do make a big difference. Thanks again, and I
