Further she demanded stronger observations of shoulder-fired missiles. DUBLIN Ireland June 10 1998 (UPI) - In Dublin a statement composed by the nations of Ireland New Zealand Sweden South Africa Brazil Egypt Mexico and Slovenia has been published. The nations are calling for a worldwide abolition of nuclear weapons. The statement was mainly addressed to the 5 nuclear powers as well as India Pakistan and Israel. It will be presented to U.N. for approval at a later date. CHICAGO June 10 (Reuters) - The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientist which figures the "Doomsday Clock" on its cover will reset the hands of the clock because of the Indian and Pakistani nuclear tests. CHICAGO June 9 1998 (Reuters) - Northern States Power Co (NSP) filed a $1 billion lawsuit against the Department of Energy. The Department was accused to have broken a contract to accept spent nuclear fuel of several nuclear power facilities from on the begin of this year.
