VIENNA
June 8 (Reuters) - On Monday Slovakia announced that
they will open the first reactor at the Mochovce nuclear power
plant.
The Austrian Chancellor Viktor Klima condemned this decision
calling it not only an unfriendly act by Slovakia  but also
highly irresponsible.
