April 22 `98 (UPI) _ After an agreement between
British Prime Minister Tony Blair and US President Bill
Clinton nuclear waste from ex-Soviet republic Georgia will be
transported to Dounray (Scotland) to become reprocessed there.
Scottish environmentalists and polititiants are opposing this
plans.
Further British newspapers published that US will sent highly
enriched weapons-grade uranium from the Georgian research
reactor Tbilisi to Britain later this week.

should be removed.

April 22 `98 (Reuters) - Australia will compete in the
global uranium enrichment market which is till now dominated
by US Enrichment Corp. (USEC).
With Silex Systems Ltd. standing for Seperation of Isotopes by
Laser Excitation Australia developed another technology to
replace current uranium enrichment methods.
There are now existing three different competing technologies
for this procedure.
