LONDON
March 30 `98 (UPI) _ Due to a Labour promise during
the elections to reduce the national nuclear weapons arsenal
the British Royal Airforce will discard its WE-177 nuclear
bombs at midnight on March 31.




WASHINGTON 30 March 98 (Reuters) - An agreement about the
prevention of proliferation of biological
chemical and
nuclear weapons was signed between the USA and Romania.
US will help training Romanian border control official to
prevent supplies of such weapons through Romania to any
uncertain country or terroristic organisation.
Romania is looking forward to join the NATO in the nearer
futur.
