facilities and China about US nuclear investigations in this
country will probably not been reached before the begin of the
new Chinese five-year economic plan which will be in 2001.

the deputy director of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant was
quoted as saying that the case which had been build arround the
damaged reactor was in danger of crumbling.
The reparation works however didn`t start yet because of
shortness of money.
