WASHINGTON
Oct. 21 `97 (UPI) _The FBI officials Louis Freesh
(Director) and Dr. Donald Kerr (new head of the bureau`s
labatory) considered as important the FBI to take care about the
use of nuclear
biological and chemical weapons in terrorism.



BEIJING
Oct 21 `97 (AFP) - China`s Foreign Minister urged the
U.S. to come to a result in the question of  lifting the export
ban of nuclear technology to China. His spokesman however didn`t
answer the U.S. demand which says that China first has to stop
its nuclear assistence to Iran
claiming that China has never
transferred nuclear weapons or technology to any country
including Iran.



WASHINGTON
Oct. 21 `97 (UPI) _ The North Korean leader Kim Jong-
il believes that his country could win a war against the U. S.
According to CIA assumptions North Korea already has the atomic
bomb and is now busy to build a long-range missile to reach the
U.S.
As a former North Korean diplomat said North Korea  also exports
the weapons and the technology .  These exports represent an
important part of its economy .
