arsenals according the Indian Prime Minister I.K. Gujral. "India will
preserve its nuclear option to meet unforseen circumstances".

reduction to 74 percent of capacity at the Duane Arnold nuclear
unit of 538 MW in Palo Iowa
USA. It is not known when the reactor
can operate at full power.
