The owners of the plant are confused. After an attempt to sell the npp (that failed) the owners in August decided to permanently close it down. The reactor was supposed to be in operation till 2008. WASHINGTON Sept 3 1997 (Reuter) - A new cheaper generation of 1353 long-range 'Tomahawk' cruise missiles is deployed in December 2002 which can stay for ours in the air.
