The plant was closed in February. ComEd wants to reopen the plant in October. The utility has already been threatened three times with fines because of several safety incidents in the beginning of this year. The plant will probably shut down for good before 2005. BUDAPEST Sept 3 1997 (AFP) - Caesium-137 was found in the mud of several lakes near Budapest. These were closed for fishing. Experts don't exclude the possibility that the Caesium-137 isotopes originate from the Chernobyl accident in 1986. Since 1995 when masses of fish were found dead they have been examining the lakes. This is said by NASA engineers and the US Department of Energy.
