But isn't it clear that water travels and that at some point in time being finite it all commingles? This attitude of it not being currently used for a drinking water source is extremely short sighted. Here in Indiana the slick industry lawyers are sectioning off the waters as if they are not joined. They are using the tactic of divide and conquer making the regs so powerless that nothing but poison will be left by the time industry is done with it. Play now pay later. *Other creatures use the water besides humans* To think that water only has importance to humans is quite a strange view. Water passes through other creatures and reaches us...without question. Without water we are nothing. We're at the most susceptible point in the chain the top. Everything comes to us at the top multiplied and wrapped in a tidy package for us to consume. We aren't King because we are at the top. If the EPA and other so-called scientists are reading this then please begin to take a more holistic approach in how you think about yourself and your actual connection to the earth rather than remaining in the little boxes you've carved out for your fantasies to take place. We are all one with the earth and it's other inhabitants. What happens to them happens to us...without question.
