storage at Ward Valley and asked a federal court to recognise
that. In January
the state had sued the clinton
administration for blocking the contruction of the site.

overwhelmingly against a federal plan to ship spent nuclear
fuel from asian countries through San Francisco Bay to a
storage in Idaho. Northern California is an earthquake zone

and 28 rail accidents happend on the route in the Feather
