Hydrogen Bombs sent a letter to President clinton protesting
against the planned subcritical tests. The Mayors of Hiroshima
and nagasaki also called to cancal the tests.

according to which the country
had dumped up to two tons low-level nuclear waste in the Irish
Sea in the 1950s.
