Combined they have scheduled to have 53 GW of nuclear power installed in 2010 which would cost some $50 to $70 billion in construction costs. Also Japan confirmed it would go ahead with its plan to add 27 GW until 2010 but with France cancelling its Fast Breeder program the outlook isn't that positive. Jun 27 1997 (UPI) - As colleques didn't like the smell of fried fish in the lunch room three employees at the Savannah River site South Carolina went out for picknick near the Glass Waste Storage building which houses high level radioactive waste. A spokesman said the fish as not being conterminated but called the location "not a place where you go and cook." The clean- up of the facility began and will be finished in begin July.
