There would be 27,000 containers of plutonium which hadn't been inventoried for month. The Montana politia would try to win workers of the plant as members. Deputy Secretary of state Srobe Talbott spoke out in favour of a NATO expansion and said in case of a threat also nuclear arms could be stationated in new member states. In the U.S. Senate, however, the debat about the expansion is dominated by financial considerations. May 20, 1997 (Reuter) - Assets of the Phillipine Nuclear Power Plant will be sold in a bidding, Phillipines national Power Corp said. The plant was constructed in the 1980's but never operated. The bidding will not include the building, which is planned to be used for a natural gas plant.
