May 1, 1997 (UPI) - The U.S. granted $47 million for the
Ukrainian programme for dismantling of nuclear weapon silos
and delivery vehicles. The deal was signed today by Ukrain
Defense Minister Oleksandr Kuzmuk and his american counterpart
William Cohan in Washington.
