Jan 7, 1997 (Reuter) - On Wednsday two protocols concerning the
construction of two light water reactors in North Korea will
be signed in New York. The protocols cover issues of North
Korean services at the site and use of, access to and takeover
of the site.

Jan 8, 1997 (UPI) - The operator of the Wiscasset nuclear
power plant, Maine Yankee, is going to hand the management of
the facility over to Entergy Corp, hoping this will solve
efficiency and safety problems at the site.
