15 Oct 1996 (Reuter) - After operation at 60 percent of its
1,200 MW full power since February, the french Superphenix
fast breeder reactor at Creys-Malville near Geneve has now
been allowed to run at up to 90 percent of its capacity. 
The Court of Accounts, the french public spendig watchdog,
called the reacter a waste of money earlier this month.
