Nov 4, 1996 (Reuter) - Undersecretary of State Lynn Davis has
started talks on arms and proliferation issues in China. She
was said to discuss an implementation of the 1985 treaty on
nuclear proliferation, which was postponed due to doubts
wether China sells nuclear related devices to Pakistan. A
cooperation would mean billions of dollars of nuclear energy
contracts.
