Angus King of New England (USA) has announced the Maine Yankee nuclear power plant (910 megawatt) is allowed to be on 90% capacity only till a new safety computer test has been reviewed. The president of the plant, Frizzle, will be replaced next year by someone from outside New England. The reduction of power took place after a series of mismanagements and shutdowns. Also the safety procedures did not match with those of the NRC.
