1 July 1996 (UPI) -- Italian investigators have arrested three
men suspected of trafficking 25 kilograms of Uranium 235 --
the essential ingredient for nuclear weapons -- worth $4.25
million. A court in the Sicilian city of Catania heard how the
ring smuggled the contraband element from the central African
republic of Zaire.
