WITH THE LOSS OF | | THE 12.5 KV SYSTEM, "E" FIRE PUMP (ELECTRIC) IS INOPERABLE, AND "D" FIRE | | PUMP (DIESEL IS INOPERABLE DUE TO NOT CAPABLE OF AUTOMATIC START UPON LOW | | HEADER PRESSURE WITH THE CONTROL SWITCH IN PTL.
