Subject: ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES ANNOUNCED                                

Discussion:

On July 28, 1998, the licensee announced the following organizational    
changes:  Joseph Hagan, Vice President-Operations resigned his position; 
William A. Eaton will become the Vice President-Operations,              
Joseph E. Venable will become General Manager, Plant Operations and Clark
D. Stafford will be Acting Manager, Plant Operations until a permanent   
replacement is named.  These changes will be effective                   
August 7, 1998.
